Katoomba Medical Practice is seeking an enthusiastic Senior Receptionist to join their team.

Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a busy front desk reception, liaising with patients, supporting doctors and medical staff, and performing general administration duties. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, scheduling appointments, answering telephone calls and enquiries, and maintaining compliance with organisational policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide excellent customer service to patients, including welcoming them into the Centre, collecting and entering patient details, and answering telephone calls and enquiries.
* Perform ad hoc administrative duties and support the Practice Manager with day-to-day operations.
* Open and close the Medical Centre as required.
* Foster professional working relationships with team members, patients, and medical staff.
* Maintain compliance with organisational policies and procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:
* Previous team leadership experience within a customer service role.
* Ability to work well under pressure.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficient computer skills with knowledge of Pracsoft/MedTech advantageous.
* Excellent time-management skills and the ability to multi-task.
* Detail orientated.
