We are looking for a full-time Clinic Coordinator to contribute to the success of our hearing healthcare team.
This role will see you working closely with clinicians and hearing technicians to deliver high-quality patient outcomes. You will develop in-depth knowledge of our products, services, competitive advantages and government funding programs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate appointments using an online scheduling tool
* Determine client eligibility for government assistance and health fund rebates
* Nurture relationships with existing clients to encourage ongoing support
