Op Shop Leadership Role

This role involves leading a team in coordinating volunteers and daily operations of the Metro Op Shops.
We encourage creativity, productivity and innovation to create visually appealing and contemporary Op Shops.
Our aim is to provide positive customer experiences, high level visual merchandising, critical stock management, achieving sales targets, and promoting company culture.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supporting volunteer coordination
* Maintaining a clean and organized store environment
* Providing excellent customer service
* Assisting with stock receiving and processing
* Implementing sales and customer service strategies
Requirements:
* Passion for fashion, charity retail or the creative
* Flair for visual merchandising
* Experience in cash handling, register operations and closing procedures
* Confidence in supervising a team and working independently
