Our Windows & Doors branch located in Cardiff specialises in the sales, fabrication, and installation of aluminium windows and doors for residential and commercial construction markets. We are currently seeking an experienced, detail-oriented, and highly organised Sales Representative to deliver exceptional customer service to both new and existing clients within Newcastle and the surrounding regions. The Role Drive sales and develop strong customer relationships by aligning our windows and doors solutions to client needs, growing market share and profitability Key Responsibilities Meet key KPIs aligned with annual sales targets for windows and doorsEnhance brand visibility in the residential windows and doors marketWork closely with Branch Managers and Sales teams to drive performancePrepare and deliver accurate weekly and monthly sales reportsProvide prompt, professional service to support project success and represent the G.James brandBuild and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders About You Proficient in MS Office; experienced in Oracle and V6 quoting (preferred); skilled in report generation and analysisClear, respectful communicator with strong conflict resolution skillsDelivers high-quality, customer-focused service with a commitment to continuous improvementEffective team player; collaborates, mentors, and resolves issues to achieve goalsMaintains professionalism, supports team culture, and demonstrates strong organisational awareness The Benefits Competitive salary based on experienceFull-time, permanent role with immediate startHealth insurance discount with BUPAAccess to Employee Assistance Program (TELUS Health)Career development within the G.James GroupFree on-site parking & strong safety cultureStable employment with a long-standing Australian family business Apply now If you believe that you possess the required skills, experience and attributes to be successful in this role, please submit your cover letter and resume.
