Project Manager – Aged Care
Location: Castle Hill, Sydney | Salary: $200,000 – $250,000 Package

Your new role
As Project Manager, you will take full ownership of a newly awarded aged care facility in Castle Hill. You will be responsible for managing the project from early works through to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality and compliance.
You'll work closely with the Construction Manager, consultants, and subcontractors, and be supported by an experienced commercial and leadership team.
Key responsibilities
* End-to-end project management of an aged care facility
* Programming, cost control, and reporting
* Managing consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers
* Ensuring compliance with WHS, quality, and aged care standards
* Client and stakeholder management
* Driving programme and resolving construction issues proactively
What you'll need to succeed
* Proven experience as a Project Manager with a head contractor
* Background delivering aged care, health, or complex commercial projects
* Strong understanding of construction methodology and services coordination
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to manage live environments and strict compliance requirements
