THE CHANCE
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Fleet Manager Primary focus for this role is management and administration of the HST fleet to facilitate growth and project delivery over a range of high voltage (HV) and Low Voltage (LV) equipment, and support for various internal and external customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the maintenance, scheduling, and utilization of the company's fleet to ensure operational efficiency and cost savings.
Develop and implement maintenance schedules for all fleet, ensuring timely repairs and preventative maintenance to minimize downtime.
Track status of fleet equipment including movements, condition, latest information and conduct audits if required.
Ensure that all contractual obligations for equipment inspections, audits, testing and maintenance are upheld.
Remain up to date with any changes relating to relevant Australian/NZ and internation standards, regulations, and legislation
Provide asset allocation input to the Service Delivery and Solutions & tendering teams for quoting purposes
Manage the movements of forklifts and cranes onsite relating to stock movements.

Trade qualification Electrical or Electronics
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a rapid-paced environment.
Experience managing a team, with strong leadership and motivational abilities.
Valid driver's license
Forklift License
O/H Crane License
HR Truck License (Desirable)
