Sales and Business Development Manager
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven professional to manage our sales and business development efforts in the Northern Territory.

* Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and expansion in the region.
* Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and suppliers.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and local networking.
* Represent the company at events, client meetings, and through direct outreach.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and projects are delivered efficiently.
* Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition.
* Provide support to day-to-day branch operations as required.
Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, marketing, or business development.
They will be a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and be able to build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Familiarity with CRM systems and reporting tools is necessary.
The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of the local market and be able to identify new business opportunities.
A current driver's licence is required.
