This senior leadership role plays a pivotal part in shaping the educational and career trajectories of our students.
The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of vocational programs and their integration within secondary education settings.
A key focus of this position is to provide guidance and support to students as they navigate a diverse range of career pathways.
To excel in this role, you will need to demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
In addition to your teaching commitment, you will be responsible for maintaining a thorough knowledge of relevant operational guidelines, including QTAC, VET in Schools, and RTO compliance.

About You
* You have a proven track record in managing tertiary pathways and vocational programs within a secondary educational setting.
* You possess a detailed working knowledge of QTAC, VET in Schools, and RTO operations and compliance.
* You have high level interpersonal qualities and communication skills necessary for leading stakeholder engagement.
* You are highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
* You are passionate about supporting students to achieve their aspirations and navigate their chosen career paths.
