They are now looking to appoint a Commercial Manager to work closely with the executive team and play a key role in supporting commercial performance, financial oversight, and future growth.
The Role
This is a senior commercial role with responsibility across finance, contracts, risk, and business performance. Working closely with the executive team, you will provide commercial input across key decisions, help strengthen internal processes, and support the business as it continues to grow.
The role will suit someone who can operate at both a strategic and practical level, bringing sound commercial judgement, a strong grasp of financial performance, and the ability to support disciplined decision‐making across a project‐based environment.
Key responsibilities include:
* Working with the executive team to support commercial planning, financial direction, and sustainable growth
* Leading budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and cash flow management across the business
* Reviewing project performance, margin, and commercial risk
* Overseeing tendering and business development activities, including pricing, contract review, and opportunity assessment
* Managing contract negotiations, insurance matters, and broader contractual obligations
* Supporting the ongoing development of the company's commercial processes and reporting structure
About You
* Senior, strategic experience in a commercial role
* Strong capability across financial performance, forecasting, contract management, and risk
* Confident engaging with senior stakeholders, with the ability to influence, negotiate, and support sound business decisions
* Experience across tendering, pricing, business development, or other contract‐led commercial functions
* Relevant tertiary qualifications, with experience in a project‐based environment highly regarded
