Based in our newly refurbished used car showroom, you will be responsible for learning, developing and implementing the various functions of a salesperson while displaying the highest standards of customer service.
You will be mentored by a well-established and experienced team to help kick-start your career in automotive sales.
You will play a key role in assisting the team during various stages of the sales process, while getting exposure to a high-performing sales team.
ResponsibilitiesAssist salespeople in various elements of the sales process when and where appropriate
Maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring the customer experience is maximised with repeat business
Ensure compliance with the company's policies
Demonstrate a high level of customer service in all interactions with dealership visits
Qualifications and skillsPassion for motor cars and desire to develop your career in the motor industry
Outgoing, enthusiastic, and friendly personality with the ability to work in a team
Ability to build rapport with customers
Exceptional customer service skills
Self-motivated
Ability to follow established processes and procedures
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Immaculate personal presentation
Full NSW Driver's License
