Leadership Opportunity in Senior School Education
We are seeking an experienced educator to lead our Senior School, shaping the future of our students and staff in their next phase of growth. As a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, you will work closely with the Principal to ensure excellence in teaching, learning, and pastoral care.
* Foster a positive, student-centered culture that promotes academic excellence and personal growth.
* Lead curriculum planning, assessment, and compliance to meet the needs of our students.
* Cultivate innovative learning environments that engage and inspire our students.
* Support the professional development and wellbeing of staff members.
* Oversee student wellbeing and pastoral care frameworks that prioritize holistic education.
* Promote strong relationships between parents, staff, and the wider community.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll be directly involved in the life of the school.

* You are a passionate Christian educator with a strong commitment to leading in a Christ-centered school.
* You bring a deep personal faith, proven leadership experience, and excellent knowledge of curriculum, compliance, and pedagogy.
* You are committed to student wellbeing and holistic education, with strong interpersonal and organisational skills.
Requirements
* A recognised degree in Education.
* NESA accreditation.
* A current Working with Children Check.
* A Master's degree in education or leadership (or willingness to undertake).
