Sales Travel Consultant Role
As a Sales Travel Consultant, you will be responsible for planning itineraries and booking travel arrangements for customers.
Your primary goal is to convert enquiries into bookings in person, over the phone, or via email.
You will work on a rotating roster across 7 days and meet individual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and sales targets by selling entire holidays including flights, accommodation, car hire, tours, travel insurance, cruises, transfers, and more.
Your task is to build a customer base through regular domestic bookings to lavish international holidays and everything in between.
You will assist customers with their travel-related questions, providing expert advice and enjoy a base wage plus uncapped incentive payment structure where you earn a percentage of every sale.
