* Commencing as soon as possible, the engagement is expected to run up to 2 months with the potential to extend depending on workflow and business needs.
* Provide concise drafting, review and execution support for finance and commercial documents, including due diligence, conditions tracking and mark-ups across mining, property and corporate matters.
* We would like to speak to lawyers with 5+ years' PAE, ideally gained in leading national or international firms or pre-eminent in-house teams.
Senior Mining Lawyer | 10+ years' PAE | ASX-listed Mining Company
* Commencing as soon as possible, the engagement is expected to run up to 3 months with the potential to extend or transition to a permanent position.
* Work with procurement to clear a backlog of commercial agreements. Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of contracts, including mining services, logistics, EPC, drilling, procurement, confidentiality agreements and MOUs.
* We would like to speak to lawyers with 10+ years' PAE, ideally gained in leading national or international firms or pre-eminent in-house teams. You will bring strong experience in drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements, together with a sound understanding of mining law and regulatory and compliance matters. Experience within a mining organisation will be highly regarded.
Senior Lawyer | 5+ years PAE | Boutique Law Firm
* Commencing as soon as possible, the engagement is expected to run for up to 6 months, with the potential to extend.
* Manage a high volume of state workers' compensation matters with autonomy, including evidence review, opinion drafting, witness engagement, expert briefing, and preparation for conferences and court.
* We would like to speak to lawyers with 5+ years' PAE, ideally gained in leading national or international firms. You will be able to work both autonomously and collaboratively, exercise sound judgement under pressure, and balance competing priorities effectively.
Construction, Projects or Property Lawyers | 5-20+ years' PAE | Boutique Law Firm
* This engagement is expected to be ongoing on an 'as needs' basis.
* Advise on major construction contracts (ECI, D&C, EPC, EPCM, alliance and management), contract risk, procurement and project delivery, as well as property development, funding, due diligence and major transactions.
* We would like to speak to lawyers with 5-20+ years' PAE, gained in leading national or international firms or pre‐eminent in-house teams.
Senior Legal Counsel | 5+ years' PAE | ASX-listed Mining Company
* Commencing as soon as possible, this opportunity is expected to run for up to 3 months, with the potential to extend.
* Manage front-end construction legal and commercial matters, including negotiating complex contracts with counterparties, advising on risk and compliance, and working directly with stakeholders across the business.
* We would like to speak to lawyers with 5+ years' PAE, from leading firms or established in-house teams, with strong front-end construction experience, excellent drafting and negotiation skills, and the ability to work autonomously. Mining experience is advantageous but not essential.
