Corporate Leadership Position
Ports North is a leading developer and manager of port facilities. This role is critical to the organisation's success, requiring strategic leadership across various functions.
The successful candidate will lead corporate services functions with high integrity, compliance, and professionalism. They will provide strategic guidance to the CEO, Executive team, and senior managers.
This position involves leading a multidisciplinary team and building strong relationships with government, industry, and community stakeholders.
* Provide strategic leadership in corporate services.
* Develop and implement contemporary people and culture strategies.
* Lead Enterprise Agreement strategy development and implementation.
* Oversee advice on HR policies, organisational development, and enterprise agreement provisions.
* Manage corporate communications, media, public relations, sponsorships, and events.
* Represent Ports North at forums and build external affairs and government relationships.
* Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.
* Deliver effective administration systems for public enquiries, complaints handling, and information release.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Proven senior leadership experience in corporate services or a similar executive environment.
* Strong capability in people and culture leadership, including strategic workforce planning and organisational development.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
