* Customer Engagement Role:
o You will leverage your technical expertise and customer service skills to build strong partnerships with valued clients.
o You will interact with customers face-to-face via phone and email addressing product technical queries and providing key recommendations to ensure quality finished products for our clients.
About You
We are looking for a self-motivated professional who adapts quickly and can juggle multiple tasks efficiently. You thrive in a busy team environment and bring:
* experience or exposure to technical drawings, drafting, building estimating, or a keen interest and willingness to learn
* a strong customer focus with the ability to resolve issues effectively and efficiently
* a proactive approach to building constructive and effective relationships
* strong computer / systems skills, with experience using SAP being advantageous
* high attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
