About the role
Oxford Shop is seeking a motivated Data Entry Operator to join our team in Sefton, NSW. This is a casual role, providing an excellent opportunity for someone looking for flexible work. As a Data Entry Operator, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and maintaining our company's data records.
What you'll be doing
1. Accurately inputting data into our computer system
2. Cross-checking and verifying data for accuracy
3. Maintaining and updating our database as required
4. Coordinate small admin tasks, handle routine emails, and follow up on matters related to admin.
5. Prepare, organize, and file import documents such as invoices, packing lists, and others.
6. Assist in data entry, filing, and maintaining shipment records.
7. Timely data entry and invoice processing. Purchase order to be matched with the packing list and invoice.
8. Actioning any ad hoc administrative requests as needed.
What we're looking for
• Previous admin or office support experience (Preferred)
• Familiarity with warehousing systems or logistics workflow (Preferred)
• Proficient in data entry and MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Good communication and organisation skills
• Ability to follow instructions and meet deadline

Availability to work Monday - Friday (with a minimum preference of 3-4 days) - Shifts are to be assigned based on performance and workload.
Pay: CASUAL RATE APPLIES
Schedule: 8-hour shift (7:00am to 3:00pm)
Experience: Fashion Industry / Shipping: 1 year (Preferred)
