About the Role
As a Membership Consultant, you will be an integral part of our business, promoting and representing Fitness Cartel Australia. Your role is to seek out new members and demonstrate why Fitness Cartel Australia is the best place for them to reach their fitness goals.
Key Responsibilities:
* New membership sales - manage and grow the club member base.
* Generate leads, using creative and varied techniques to ensure a constant flow of incoming leads, including actively promoting the facilities to local businesses and the community.
* Achieving the required number of lead contacts via telephone to maximise sales opportunities.
* Providing sales presentations and tours to prospective members, demonstrating club facilities and highlighting features and benefits that meet identified fitness needs.
* Creating great member journeys via positive and personalised interactions.
* Achieving successful outcomes to enquiries.
* Tracking leads, appointments, and sales daily on our CRM.
* Working with your team to meet and exceed membership sales targets and other KPIs.
* Follow directions, prioritise, and complete tasks in a timely manner.
Requirements:
1. 3+ Years Previous sales experience, preferably in the Fitness Industry but not mandatory.
2. A financially motivated person with natural drive to achieve individual targets and team goals.
3. Experience in a KPI-driven environment with a pro-active Lead Generation mindset.
4. Ability to build rapport with people from varied walks of life, and a desire to help people succeed with their goals.
5. The ability to solve problems and overcome obstacles.
6. Outstanding communication abilities - able to listen, understand, empathise, and influence others.
7. Customer-focused with a desire to achieve exceptional customer outcomes.
