What you'll do
What if your next role could combine financial freedom with impact for good? This opportunity requires no prior recruitment experience. We recruit trainee talent who are motivated to learn from some of Australia\'s leading recruiters and truly understand the craft of growing people\'s careers. You\'ll receive intensive training for the first 3 months, with a clear pathway mapped out over the next 12-18 months.
The role will involve:
* Working alongside one of Parity\'s Division Directors to identify new client opportunities where we can place incredible high-performing and adaptable talent
* Providing opportunistic support to the wider team in client development
* Managing our valued candidate database, supporting both existing and new talent in their job search
* Collaborating with a team to support broader business strategy
Training, rewards & culture
The trainee period is demanding but rewarding, with benefits including unlimited annual leave and a $2,000 per person annual training budget, as well as commission and bonuses for successful placements, plus regular events and internal/external awards.
