Facility Manager | Residential Aged Care | Perth - North of the River
We're partnering with a well-respected aged care provider to source an experienced and compassionate
Facility Manager
to lead a well-established residential aged care home NOR - Perth.
This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned leader who thrives in a values‑led environment, is passionate about high‑quality, person‑centred care, and is ready to make a genuine impact on residents, families, and staff alike.
You will oversee the overall performance of the service – clinical, operational, financial, and cultural – while being supported by a collaborative senior leadership team and dedicated clinical, quality, and people support functions.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & People Management:
Lead, develop, and inspire a multidisciplinary team to deliver compassionate, resident‑first care.
Operational Excellence:
Ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations, maintaining high standards across care, hospitality, and compliance.
Clinical & Quality Governance:
Oversee quality systems, risk management, and continuous improvement in line with Aged Care Quality Standards.
Financial Oversight:
Manage budgets, AN‑ACC funding, and resource allocation to ensure sustainability and efficiency.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Foster positive relationships with residents, families, staff, and external stakeholders to ensure trust and transparency.
Continuous Improvement:
Drive innovation and service enhancements to improve resident outcomes and team engagement.
About You
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (or equivalent clinical qualification).
3-5+ years experience in aged care leadership (Facility, General or Residential Manager level).
Robust understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards, AN‑ACC funding, and clinical governance frameworks.
Proven ability to build culture, manage change, and motivate teams.
Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Holds Australian working rights (PR or Citizenship).
Desirable: Postgraduate studies in leadership, management, or gerontology.
