The Role Idle has an exciting opportunity for a professional, energetic Senior Baker to join our team of talented chefs and bakers.
We are looking for Bakers who have a passion for the hospitality industry and delivering a high-level of product and service.
Responsibilities
* Preparing, mixing, and baking breads, pastries, and other baked products.
* Monitoring ovens, adjusting temperatures, and ensuring product consistency.
* Following recipes and production schedules to meet daily demand.
* Ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
* Cleaning and maintaining baking equipment and the production area.
* Working collaboratively within the team to achieve production targets.
Skills and Experience Required
* Certificate III in Baking or equivalent qualification; OR at least 3 years' relevant full-time work experience.
* Demonstrated commercial baking experience.
* Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
* Strong attention to detail, time management, and teamwork skills.
