The Role: Maintenance Coordinator (Mechanical / Structural)
* Strong safety leadership in complex industrial environments.
* Previous Superintendent experience is an advantage.
* Experience in costing, technical proposals, and financial processes.
* Background in shipbuilding, ship repair, heavy engineering, or civil engineering is beneficial.

Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will oversee safety, cost, schedule, and quality, ensuring smooth project execution alongside Managers, Project Managers, and Supervisors.
As a Maintenance Coordinator, you will be responsible for maintaining high safety standards and enforcing environmental policies. You will also monitor workplace safety and implement corrective measures, oversee project execution, manage client relationships and subcontractors, and coordinate trade supervisors and subcontractors to meet project timelines.
Additionally, you will track project progress, address risks, and report to managers. You will also analyse labour hours and material costs to meet financial targets, ensure compliance with quality and technical standards, and attend meetings to monitor progress and resolve project challenges.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following qualifications and skills:
* Qualification in Engineering, Project Management, or relevant trade experience.
* Strong safety leadership in complex industrial environments.
* Previous Superintendent experience is an advantage.
