About the Role
As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth delivery of construction projects across various sites. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with colleagues and stakeholders to achieve project goals.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate resources and materials across designated sites.
* Direct, prioritize and coordinate works to support schedule, budget and safety outcomes.
* Develop strong relationships with subcontractors, site personnel and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
* Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and escalating any issues or concerns as necessary.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, regulations and company policies.
Requirements
Qualification in frontline management or equivalent is essential. You will also require:
* 5 – 10 years supervisory experience in civil construction and pipelaying;
* Demonstrated experience in managing subcontractors, site safety and environmental management, development of construction program and quality control management;
* A clear communicator with strong leadership qualities;
