Job Title: Sales Coordinator
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented sales coordinator to support the sales team in driving key sales initiatives and outcomes.
The successful candidate will provide administrative, research, and coordination support to ensure our sales processes run smoothly and strategic objectives are achieved. This role involves gathering insights, coordinating stakeholder engagement, and contributing to the delivery of sales targets that support Renewal SA's broader initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare, review and organise sales documentation, contracts and agreements to maintain alignment with standards.
* Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities, supporting the development of sales strategies.
* Collaborate across teams to gather project information and meet data requirements, while managing day-to-day administrative tasks to support efficient sales processes.
* Strengthen external relationships with industry bodies and stakeholders to enhance collaboration and deliver strong sales outcomes.
About You
You will thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy balancing multiple priorities. You will be confident working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders and committed to supporting strategic objectives through effective sales coordination.
* Experience in sales, administration or marketing roles, with excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities.
* A proactive mindset with the ability to identify opportunities for process improvement, streamline workflows, and support the team in achieving sales targets efficiently.
* Tertiary qualifications in business, sales, or a related field (or equivalent experience) will be highly regarded.
