Responsibilities
- Managing end-to-end sales and leasing processes for commercial properties
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with property owners, tenants, and investors
- Conducting market research to provide clients with accurate property insights and valuations
- Developing and implementing marketing strategies for available properties
- Leading negotiations and closing deals, ensuring all contracts comply with legal requirements
- Reporting on sales and leasing activity to senior management and stakeholders
To be considered for the role you will have
- Proven experience in commercial property sales and leasing
- Strong knowledge of the Sydney commercial property market
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- A valid real estate license is essential
