We require a Business Performance Manager, with proven experience in managing high-volume Repair Centre operations in a fast-paced environment.
Our leaders drive exceptional performance outcomes from their teams, while achieving the highest level of quality standards and customer satisfaction for individual Repairhub sites.
To be successful in this role you will need:
* Previous experience in a similar site leadership position
* Trade qualification in either Panel Beating or Spray Painting is highly advantageous
* Computer literacy, excellent people management skills, and strong customer service
* Appropriate Australian working rights and a valid driver's license
