We are currently seeking passionate and experienced Single / Couple Store Managers to join our Relief / Permanent Management Team, supporting day‐to‐day operations across multiple store locations.

Responsibilities

* Oversee all aspects of store operations, including sales, stock control, merchandising, and staff supervision
* Provide effective leadership and mentoring to in‐store teams, fostering a collaborative and culturally respectful environment
* Ensure compliance with Food Safety Standards, WHS, and company policies
* Maintain excellent store presentation and high levels of customer service
* Support staff training initiatives
* Build positive relationships with community stakeholders and team members

Skills and Experiences

* Supermarket Retail Expertise: A minimum of 3 years in retail or fast‐moving consumer goods within a supermarket environment
* Leadership Skills: Proven experience in mentoring, training, and leading diverse teams
* Operational Knowledge: Competence in rostering, staff allocation, and budget management, including inventory and expense controls
* Cultural Awareness: Ability to collaborate effectively across cultures
* Customer Focus: Strong customer service and relationship‐building skills
* Tech Savvy: Proficient computer skills and the ability to learn new software quickly
* Working Rights: Must prove unrestricted working rights within Australia
