What Youll Do
Technical Service & Maintenance : Deliver timely repairs preventative maintenance and fault diagnosis on SKIDATA equipment and sites.
Installation & Commissioning : Install configure and commission new access systems across VIC ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies.
Administration: Accurately complete work orders installation documentation warranty forms and parts management in ServiceNow.
Customer Support: Act as a trusted point of contact for clients providing technical advice and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
OHS & Professionalism : Maintain high standards of safety presentation and equipment upkeep while identifying and reporting hazards promptly.
In this role youll be hands-on supporting clients across multiple sites while contributing to the quality and reliability that SKIDATA is known for globally.
What You Bring
23 years experience in a service maintenance or installation role.
Qualification in Electrical Mechanical or Advanced Electronics (or working towards one).
Strong computer literacy and programming skills.
Solid problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A customer-focused mindset and commitment to continuous learning.
