- Assisting orders and enquiries whilst upselling options
**About the role**
Working with the Sales and Customer Service team to ensure orders are taken with accuracy and integrity for clients including Paw Paw, Woolworths, Cancer Council and The Body Shop.
**Duties**
- Building great relationships with clients ensuring all of their orders are accurate and you're providing guidance on the orders
- Provide excellent customer service
- Being a key point of contact internally with teams such as Demand Planning, Logistics and Finance.
- Data entry for orders
- Shipping schedule responsibility to make sure forward order projects are correct and preventing peaks and troughs.
**Skills & Experience**
- Worked in a B2B environment, ideally manufacturing, consumer goods, supply chain logistics etc
- Prior experience in freight and logistics would be advantageous but not a necessity
- Fluent English verbal and written
- Highly organised
- Great attention to detail
- Positive attitude and keen to work in a group and alone
