Key Responsibilities:
* Providing hands-on care and assistance to residents under the supervision of a qualified healthcare professional.

Requirements:
* A Certificate 3 or higher qualification in Health Care Work or a related field.
* Current First Aid and Food Safety Certificates.
* A person-centred approach with a focus on respecting individual needs and promoting dignity.
* Liaising with managers and colleagues to problem-solve and achieve goals.
