Administrative Support Role
This role involves providing administrative support to the team, ensuring the effective operation of the store. The ideal candidate will have excellent time management skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills.
The successful candidate will be responsible for daily cash count and balancing, preparation of daily bank deposit and review of weekly timesheets for payroll processing. Additionally, they will develop and maintain accurate employee records, ensuring compliance with all required documentation.
The Office Administrator will also support the implementation and effective operation of any process improvements that occur within the store. Accurate reconciliation of store expenses and in-store accounts is also a key responsibility.
