About the Role
Provide timely and effective ICT support to staff, students and parents.
Work with the ICT Manager and ICT Systems Administrator to maintain hardware, software, AV equipment and College technology infrastructure.
Assist with user management, permissions and system accuracy across O365/Azure AD, TASS and Schoolbox/HQ.
Support college reporting cycles, upgrades and vendor liaison.
Attend the Student ServiceDesk during college recess and lunch.
The Successful Applicant Will Have:
A personal relationship with Jesus Christ, regular attendance at a local church and support for the College Statement of Faith.
Understanding of, and commitment to, child safety in an educational setting.
Current Working with Children Check.
Certificate IV in Information Technology or equivalent qualifications and experience.
Basic knowledge of ICT hardware, software and common troubleshooting steps to support end-users in an MS Office environment.
Willingness to develop skills in key College systems (e.g., TASS, Schoolbox/HQ, O365/Azure AD) and follow established processes and procedures.
Ability to work with accuracy while logging and actioning ServiceDesk requests and maintaining documentation.
Capability and confidence to communicate clearly with students, staff and parents who may have varying levels of digital literacy.

Salary & Conditions
The annual salary for this full-time (52-week) role is $78,000 per year.
This includes 5 weeks paid annual leave.
The role is remunerated under the Christian Schools General Staff Multi-Enterprise Agreement and will receive a 4% increase from 1 February ****.
