This multifaceted role requires strong leadership and organisational capabilities. Key responsibilities include financial management—covering budget planning, expenditure monitoring, and compliance with Australian taxation requirements; human resource management; procurement, and contract management. The role also involves planning and leading major building repair projects, maintaining office facilities and equipment, liaising with tenants, and coordinating with government departments and external stakeholders. The successful candidate also has to ensure accurate record-keeping, inventory control, and provide operational support to uphold the smooth and efficient functioning of the office.
