We're seeking a strategic account manager to join our team in Australia. As a key player, you will be responsible for cultivating relationships within the mining sector and expanding our offerings to existing customers.
Key responsibilities include:
* Understanding customer strategic priorities
* Collaborating internally to develop a point of view on how to align our offerings with customer priorities
* Developing compelling content that positions us as a strategic partner to the customer and engages them in an expansion discussion
* Understanding our offerings and core capabilities
* Collaborating internally to develop potential penetration and expansion strategies
* Engaging customers in solutioning workshops with assistance from presales and product teams
* Leveraging all customer engagement channels to maximize the number of relationships within regions and accounts
* Engaging directly with stakeholders to gather intelligence and evangelize our position
* Identifying and executing on specific revenue-generating opportunities
* Taking ownership of relationships within a region and strategic accounts
You'll need:
* 7+ years of experience in account management/sales within mining or energy-intensive industries
* Domain knowledge in IIoT and/or fuel management
* Demonstrated ability to drive revenue
* Demonstrated ability to manage large accounts
