**About the role**:
As the Payroll Assistant, you will report to the Head of People & Culture and provide administrative support to the HR and payroll team. The collaborative and supportive HR team will provide inhouse training.
**Duties**:
- Cross reference labour hire invoices against timesheets
- Data entry of employee information
- File records
- Upload employee documents
- Provide ad hoc administration support to HR and Payroll team
**Skills & experience**:
- Proven experience in an administration or accounts role
- Strong computer literacy
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and ability to build rapport
- Time management and prioritization skills
