About the Role
* You will work closely with individuals to understand their goals, aspirations, and challenges, and develop personalized plans to support their mental health recovery journeys.
* Your primary responsibilities will include providing emotional support, encouragement, and guidance to individuals as they navigate their daily lives, helping them build skills and confidence, and connecting them with community resources and services.
Key Requirements
* Certificate IV or higher in a relevant field (e.g., mental health, disability support) or at least 2 years of full-time experience working in human services
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
* Able to maintain confidentiality and respect individual boundaries

Selection Criteria
