About the role
The role will be responsible for leadership of Process Engineering in the Hides to Gel Section to meet Safety, GMP, GEP and cost requirements.
- Demonstrating robust and experienced understanding of Chemical Engineering fundamentals, a flexible attitude, and an innovative approach to solving problems
- Work collaboratively with stakeholders and other team members to deliver project outcomes.
- End to end management of engineering projects.
- Management of the wastewater treatment plant to ensure a reliable and cost-effective operation.
- Strength in written and verbal communication to support the production of engineering reports and presentations.
About you
- A Chemical Engineering degree qualification as a minimum
- A minimum of 5-10 years’ experience
- Technical knowledge of the chemistry of Hides to Gel and wastewater treatment plants is an advantage.
- A proven track record of managing engineering projects including developing CAPEX justifications and project feasibilities.
- Excellent communication, inter-personal and organisational skills
