About the role
Swan Fabricators' are seeking an experienced Boilermaker to join our team based in Kewdale, Western Australia. This is a full-time permanent position, offering ongoing career development opportunities within our growing company.
What you'll be doing
* Fabricating from detailed drawings.
* Performing to the highest standards of quality and safety
* Reading and interpreting engineering drawings, plans and specifications
* Operating a range of metalworking machinery and power tools
* Collaborating with the wider team to ensure efficient and timely project delivery
* Maintaining a clean and organised work environment
* Adhering to all company policies, procedures and safety regulations
What we're looking for
* Completion of an Australian recognised Boilermaker apprenticeship
* Extensive experience as a boilermaker, with the ability to perform high-quality fabrication to Australian standards
* Minimum of 3-5 years' experience as a qualified boilermaker
* Strong understanding of engineering drawings and technical specifications
* Proficient in the use of metalworking machinery, tools and equipment
* Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety
* Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
* Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
* Australian permanent residency or citizenship required
