As a customer-facing professional, you will play a vital role in supporting plumbers and other tradespeople by providing access to products for building and renovation projects.
The day-to-day activities involve:
* Providing product information and offering quotes both in person and over the phone
* Picking orders, maintaining shop floor displays, and ensuring accurate information is provided
* Operating a computer and being open to learning new systems
* Driving company vehicles on occasion
To succeed in this position, you should have previous experience in retail sales or customer service, possess excellent communication skills, and be comfortable working varying shifts, including weekends.
