What your day will look like:
* Assisting Matt with daily prospecting, attending open inspections, management of listings and sales
* Database management and generation of appraisal leads
* Supporting high-level property campaigns and delivering standout service that reflects Matt’s brand
* Administration tasks such as diary management, vendor and buyer communication, and project management
* Meeting individual and team KPI’s and budgets
* Exceptional customer service and client management

Who you are/requirements for this role:
* A current Real Estate License (essential)
* Experience in Real Estate (preferred)
* Experience in CRM systems (preferably Agent Box)
* High level of customer service
* Strong ability to prioritise tasks, manage time effectively, and consistent high attention to detail
* Strong technology skills and ability to adapt to a variety of systems
* An initiative driven mindset and ability to work independently
