We are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to manage our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage project planning, scheduling, budgeting and documentation.
* Monitor project costs and deliver financial reporting.
* Develop and maintain construction programs using Microsoft Project.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A degree in Construction Management & Economics or equivalent.
* Proven experience as a Project Manager with a head contractor (Tier 2 or 3).
* Prior experience as a Contracts Administrator in the commercial sector.
