This is fast paced role where you’ll be thinking on your feet to come up with solutions. This role is not for the faint hearted as our product, people, can change their minds at any time – using your language and strong organisational skills you’ll assist people from the start of the recruitment process to the end.

Things you’ll do in your new role:
* Support the end-to-end recruitment process.
* Manage the on-boarding and mobilisation of candidates.
* Ensure daily safety management and communication on-site.
* Manage performance and attendance for your temporary workforce.
* Maintain and utilise recruitment systems ensuring data integrity and system compliance.
What you’ll bring to the role:
* Experience supporting recruitment within a fast-paced civil or trade/industrial recruitment environment, or the willingness to learn
* A mature approach to managing a portfolio of clients with proven experience in building and maintaining collaborative client relationships and influencing best practice outcomes.
* Engagement and collaboration with your teammates to foster a positive culture.
* A detailed understanding of best practice recruitment methodology, systems and processes.
* Possess an understanding of Safety Management and Industrial Relations principles and processes
* GRIT: proven determination to achieve, learn and succeed!
