About The Role

As the dedicated Leasing Manager, you will work closely with the Property Management team to ensure vacant properties are leased quickly and professionally while maintaining exceptional service standards.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Managing all leasing activity for the rent roll
• Responding to property enquiries via phone and email
• Conducting home opens and private viewings
• Meeting and qualifying prospective tenants
• Processing tenancy applications
• Conducting new tenant handovers
• Maintaining strong communication with landlords and the Property Management team
• Delivering a premium client and tenant experience at every touchpoint

This is a permanent, full time role with the below requirements:

Work 4 days during the week + Saturday

(Saturday hours will differ week to week and is based on the amount of home opens booked.)

About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

• Minimum of 12 months experience as a Leasing Manager, Assistant Property Management or Property Management - Property Management experience is essential
• Current WA Property Management Registration and CPD points
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills
• Strong organisation and time management abilities
• A proactive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile
• Confidence working autonomously and within a team environment
• Strong computer skills with Property Tree experience highly regarded
• A current driver's licence
