What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting 4 Senior Property Managers with portfolio administration & client care
- Conducting routine inspections, coordinating repairs, & managing lease renewals
- Helping to oversee portfolios during staff leave, gaining real management exposure
- Assisting with leasing tasks including open homes, tenant applications, & reference checks
About you:
- At least 1 years’ experience in property management, leasing, or a related role
- Strong communication & customer service skills, with a professional approach
- Well organised & eager to learn with a proactive, can-do attitude
- Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence, plus driver’s licence & reliable car
