The role entails crafting personalized guest experiences from arrival to departure, encompassing check-in and check-out, upselling, problem resolution, phone calls, guest recognition, and daily needs assistance.
Responsibilities include:
 * Initiating guest experiences with warm welcomes
 * Recognizing IHG One Rewards Club members and repeat guests
 Requirements:
 o Exceptional personal presentation and positive attitude
 o Proven expertise in guest relations, problem solving, and time management
 * Handling payments for guest bookings
 * Streamlining the check-in and check-out process
 * Anticipating guests' needs and offering tailored recommendations
 * Serving as guests' trusted contact – assisting with issues and providing recommendations
We're seeking candidates with similar Front Office/Reception experience in a luxury environment focused on attentive guest service. Familiarity with hotel property management systems like Opera is advantageous.
