Kanda is seeking a compassionate and experienced Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our Veterans', Aged Care, and Community Nursing Services team, part-time (0.6 FTE) to full-time. We're offering flexibility with the part-time hours to best suit your needs. This role supports clients transitioning from hospital to home, helping them live independently and safely.

Key Responsibilities
* Conduct client assessments and develop tailored care plans
* Provide functional support and rehabilitation to help clients live independently
* Prescribe and manage DVA equipment, including installation and education
* Work with hospitals, doctors, allied health, and funding bodies to coordinate care
* Maintain accurate client records and meet compliance standards
* Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and audits
About You
* Bachelor of Applied Science (Occupational Therapy) and current AHPRA registration (no conditions)
* Experience in assessments, rehabilitation, and equipment prescription
* Excellent communication and relationship skills with clients, families, and colleagues
* Current Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
* Hold or willing to obtain NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
