About the Role
As Regional Manager, you will oversee 16-18 stores in the Gold Coast area, managing a mix of standalone stores and concessions. This role offers a unique opportunity for an experienced retail leader to take on a larger portfolio while being supported by a collaborative senior leadership team. You will be responsible for driving sales performance, managing KPIs, and ensuring your stores deliver exceptional customer service. With a focus on team development, you'll empower store managers to achieve their goals and continuously elevate performance. This role is based in the Gold Coast with a Monday to Friday schedule and potential work-from-home opportunities.
Skills and Experience
* Proven experience in a Regional Management role in retail
* Strong leadership abilities with a track record of coaching and developing teams
* In-depth understanding of KPIs, sales targets, and performance management
* Experience in managing multiple stores and driving operational efficiency
* Ability to assess business opportunities and implement growth strategies
* Solid understanding of retail operations, budgeting, and workforce planning
* Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships
