Cleo Harper is an Australian luxury activewear brand built on the belief that performance and polish can coexist. Designed on the Gold Coast and worn globally, our collections are known for refined colour palettes, signature designs and thoughtful detail.
From our Burleigh Heads headquarters, we operate with a small, focused team and a high standard across everything we do, from product design to boutique experience to digital storytelling.
We are seeking a confident, stylish and digitally sharp Boutique & Content Manager to take full ownership of our Burleigh Heads boutique and play a key role in our daily content creation.
This is not a passive retail role.
It is a rare opportunity to operate inside a luxury activewear brand that values refinement, detail and timeless design.
You will be the energy of our boutique and a consistent contributor to our digital presence. You are just as comfortable styling a customer in store as you are confidently speaking to camera and producing polished short form content.

You thrive with autonomy and manage your time well without constant supervision. You understand that luxury lives in the details, from how a garment is steamed to how a reel is edited, to how the boutique feels at the end of the day.
The Role
• Take full responsibility for The Cleo Boutique, maintaining an immaculate and elevated space
• Deliver exceptional, high end customer experiences
• Build genuine relationships with customers, local gym owners, trainers and creators
• Capture, edit and publish short form video content daily
• Produce a minimum of 12 on brand reels per week
• Confidently appear on camera for styling and face to camera moments
• Engage across Instagram, TikTok and Pinterest with polish and intention
• Assist with campaign shoots and behind the scenes content
• Merchandise the boutique to reflect seasonal collections and brand direction
• Support in store events and activations
• Track content performance and boutique sales metrics
• Maintain strong admin systems and organised reporting
About You
• 3 plus years experience in social media, digital marketing, content creation or boutique retail
• Highly organised with strong admin capability
• Love a tidy workspace and take pride in presentation
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Strong hands on experience filming and editing short form video
• Understand what makes a strong hook and high performing reel
• Stylish with a refined eye
• Clear and confident communicator
• Comfortable working independently and managing your own output
• Reliable, punctual and consistent
• Energised by a fast paced environment but productive between customers
This role operates with a high level of independence. You will often be managing the boutique solo while capturing and producing content throughout the day. We are looking for someone who thrives in autonomy and enjoys taking full ownership of their workflow, space and results.
