Leveraging your expertise in user-centric design principles and industry best practices, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and visually compelling interfaces that enhance user engagement and drive positive outcomes.Your primary duties will include:User Research: Conduct user research and gather insights to understand user needs, preferences, and behaviours.Wireframing and Prototyping: Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mock-ups to visualise design concepts and gather feedback from stakeholders.UI Design: Design clean, user-friendly interfaces that align with brand guidelines and enhance usability across web and mobile platforms.Interaction Design: Define interaction patterns and micro-interactions to improve user engagement and guide users through the platform.Usability Testing: Conduct usability testing sessions to evaluate design solutions and identify areas for improvement based on user feedback.Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and marketers, to ensure alignment between design and business objectives.Design Systems: Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems and style guides to ensure consistency and scalability across the platform.Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in UX/UI design, and proactively seek opportunities to enhance the user experience.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
