Senior HSSE Advisor – Darwin Ship Lift Facility
Clough, in a joint venture with BMD, is delivering the engineering, procurement and construction services for the development of the Darwin Ship Lift facility. We seek an experienced Senior HSSE Advisor to work within our HSSE team for this project, working on a roster of 15 days on, 6 days off.
Responsibilities
* Support the implementation and continuous improvement of the company's HSSE management system.
* Conduct site audits, inspections, and risk assessments.
* Lead incident investigations and support root cause analysis.
* Deliver HSSE training and toolbox talks to employees and contractors.
* Monitor compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
* Collaborate with project teams to identify and mitigate HSSE risks.
* Prepare reports and present HSSE performance data to management.
Qualifications
* Minimum 5 years experience working in the Construction Industry in a similar role.
* Experience working on large-scale construction projects.
* Formal HS qualifications (e.g. Certificate IV Workplace Health & Safety).
* Valid driver's license.
