This role is for an asset manager who genuinely enjoys leasing.
You'll be responsible for a high-quality industrial & logistics portfolio owned by a leading institutional investor, with assets across NSW and QLD. The focus is clear: maximise income, drive leasing outcomes and unlock value through hands-on asset management.

The Opportunity
Working within an experienced industrial & logistics team, you'll take ownership of day-to-day asset performance with a strong emphasis on:
* Leasing strategy and execution
* Tenant retention and re-leasing
* Income growth and WALE management
* Close collaboration with leading industrial leasing agents
This is a front-foot asset management role, not a passive reporting seat.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead leasing activity across a diversified industrial & logistics portfolio
* Develop and execute leasing strategies to maximise occupancy and rental growth
* Negotiate new leases, renewals and restructures
* Manage leasing agents and drive accountability on outcomes
* Maintain strong tenant relationships and anticipate future leasing needs
* Contribute to asset plans, budgets and value-add initiatives
* Work closely with development, capital transactions and finance teams
What We're Looking For
You'll likely come from industrial asset management, leasing, or property advisory, and bring:
* Strong experience in industrial & logistics leasing
* Confidence negotiating directly with tenants and agents
* Solid understanding of institutional ownership and governance
* Strong financial and asset management fundamentals
* Ability to manage multiple assets across states
